My name is Nancy and I am a certified Practioner accredited Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Practioner. I offer CBT in a variety of formats. Most people opt to have face-to-face sessions, however I prefer to have sessions via Skype and telephone. I specialise in working with people aged 16+ who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health problems such as anxiety , panic attacks, mood swings and Low tolerance to frustrations in their daily lives. I am interested in helping people learn the skills and tools that they need to be able to live a fulfilling happy life, free from emotional stress. It is often helpful to arrange a first meeting to discuss the areas of your life where you are finding it difficult to cope. The strategies and whether CBT would be the best approach and decide if we think we could work together. After the first meeting, preferably on the telephone you could decide if you would like to procceed, we can then arrange subsequent sessions
